eve becomes SNAKE -- or snake becomes EVE. whichever way ROUND, she is FREER. hell follows her ‘round, hell called MAN, hell called ADAM, trying to make the CHANGING about him. adam demands of god why he is being PUNISHED like this. eve finds GRACE in the dark cracks between rocks. eve finds god in the SOLITUDE. eve finds ABSOLUTION in the red press of her knees / scales into the dirt. eve, UNBLINKING, watches adam rail. adam demands ANSWERS and eve / snake / eve exits the GARDEN to go and find them for HERSELF.

             she’s  not  the  only  one :  _{kate  knows  how  to  draw  eyes  too ,  even  easier  when  she’s  flanked  by  two  massive  men ,  gecko  brothers  at  her  back  like  gun - bearing  guardian  angels  in  well  fitted  suits .  they  both  step  forward  when  gemma  does ,  chests  puffed  up  all  threatening .  protecting  her ,  the  way  they  do  so  instinctively .  ❝  i’m  pretty  sure  y’  don’t  wanna  overstep  your  bounds ,  gem .  mind  your  manners ,  ❞  she  chastises  easily ,  slender  arms  crossed  sternly  over  her  chest  like  a  mother  dealing  with  a  toddler’s  tantrum .  ❝  cause  i  know  that  right  there  wasn’t  you  threatenin  me .  ❞  (  seth  snorts . )}
