eve becomes SNAKE -- or snake becomes EVE. whichever way ROUND, she is FREER. hell follows her ‘round, hell called MAN, hell called ADAM, trying to make the CHANGING about him. adam demands of god why he is being PUNISHED like this. eve finds GRACE in the dark cracks between rocks. eve finds god in the SOLITUDE. eve finds ABSOLUTION in the red press of her knees / scales into the dirt. eve, UNBLINKING, watches adam rail. adam demands ANSWERS and eve / snake / eve exits the GARDEN to go and find them for HERSELF.

                   _{SUDDENLY FINDING HIMSELF unequipped & not willing give into such admittance, Peter’s gaze darted about, in search of anything that could serve as treasure for their game. A glimmer winked at Peter from around the girl’s neck. Immediately, he was drawn to it. Without thinking, his exposed feet pushed down at the ground & he took into the air, only to reach at the crucifix. Little fingers took it to examine, letting go after asking. “What about this?” unconcerned with his proximity, Peter smiled excitedly, having made up his mind. “Yes— this works.” not giving her time to respond, the boy propelled gracefully back onto the ground. His hand extended forward. Expectant.}
